The main bedroom is to the left, a double with fitted wardrobes either side of the bed, French doors to the front garden, door into the en-suite main bathroom with bath, sink, bidet and shower cubicle. A second door leads to the hallway and the dressing room (bedroom 6) with extensive wardrobes and hanging rails.

Along the hallway towards the hub of the house are two double bedrooms (2 & 3) both with en-suite shower rooms, the windows overlook the rear garden.

The main entrance is via an imposing wrought iron glazed front door into a large hallway with door to the left into the main office, complete with desk, chair and plenty of shelving.

The villa was built in the mid 70’s at the same time as the next door villa, both as a Vets practice, it has the advantage of the addition of the four vets rooms alongside. These rooms are now the Larder, Laundry, Second Office and Gym. There is a car park owned 50/50 by the two properties, separating the two.
